Have The Talk again
Death is a sensitive and often taboo topic in the US. From the start, we knew that creating a PSA encouraging people to talk about it would be hard to do well. If done poorly, we'd come off as too callus or too morbid. But our key insight simplified things: The end-of-life conversation is just as hard - and just as essential - as the facts-of-life conversation. To put it simply, your parents had the talk with you; now it's your turn to have it with them.
